JMJ Fintech raises Rs 2 crore via private placement of Non-Convertible Debentures As on : 01-Oct-26  14:59

JMJ Fintech Limited announced the allotment of 2,000 secured, unlisted, unrated, redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) with a face value of Rs 10,000 each on a private placement basis, for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 2 crore. The company has also authorized its Managing Director to secure financial assistance/loan facilities up to a limit of Rs 5 crore from Shriram Finance Limited. The NCDs, with coupon rates of 12.00% and 12.50% (simple interest), will have tenures of three and five years, respectively, with interest payments monthly starting November 2026 and maturing on October 1, 2029 and 2031 respectively.
